TINY tots of Tamavua Promise Kindergarten school today were briefed by some National Fire Authority Officers on fire safety.

NFA acting  sub officer Ilaitia Raqiso said it was pivotal for students at Kindergarten level to know about safety fire tips.

He said the program was part of their community outreach where they go out to school and villages teaching them the basic principles of fire safety.

“We teach them on what they can do when a fire occurs and how they can keep themselves safe,” he said.

Kindergarten teacher, Miliana Naivava said the students were lucky to have a learning session with the officers.
