WITH two more nights to go before the crowing of a new Miss Nasinu queen at this year’s Vodafone Millennium Sinu Carnival, event co-ordinator Epeli Tuibeqa says competition has been healthy.

He said all six contestants did their best in using the platform to impress the judges.

“Our panel of judges are also good,” he said.

“They are lawyers and they represent different aspects of different industries.

Mr Tuibeqa called out to those living within the Suva-Nausori corridor to come out in numbers in support of the queens.

“The response from the crowd has been really good, however, we need more people to come down here to the Valelevu grounds to have a feel of what it’s really like.”

Meanwhile, the contestants took to the stage last night for their Research Topic presentations.
